Ingredients

1 cup Carrots, shredded

1 cup White Chinese turnip, shredded

1 cup White Chinese celery, shredded

8 Pieces soy spiced beancurd

3 cup Soybean sprouts (NOT mung-bean sprouts)

4 Green onions, shredded

1/2 c Nami dried black mushrooms,-soaked & shredded

1/2 c Cloud Ear dried mushrooms-soaked

2oz Bean thread noodles, soaked

1 tsp Salt (to taste)

About 4 tbs olive oil oil for stir-frying

Method

PREPARATION:

Shred in 2″ lengths: carrots, turnip, Chinese celery and bean curd. Shred onions, greens & all, into 2″ lengths. Rinse, then soak in hot water: enough mushrooms, to give specified amounts.

Shred mushrooms, Soak bean thread noodles. Bean thread noodles are important because they soak up excess moisture from the vegetables. Vegetables should be moist but not soggy or watery after stir-frying.

STIR-FRYING: Heat 2 tablespoons of the oil until hot and stir fry vegetables in batches. Add salt to taste.

Drain off excess water, reserve. (Soybean sprouts should be cooked until they are slightly charred for fullest flavor.) To stir-fry dried soaked ingredients, begin with hot wok, add remainder oil, then add mushroom. Stir-fry green onions, add all other ingredients to them, including noodles. Allow dish to cool before serving.

Modern farming practices have dramatically compromised the nutritional value of many fruits and vegetables. Green picked fruits and vegetables are harvested and shipped before giving thousands of micro-nutrients, antioxidants and free radical scavengers the opportunity to synthesize in the plants. And while experts agree that supplementation can provide the body with these missing nutrients, you must be careful that some supplements contain synthetic chemically derived mined or chelated minerals and vitamins that studies show are not readily absorbed or used by the body. Doctor Williams PHD wrote in his book ‘NUTRITION against disease 1971′, that ‘our bodies have the capacity to defend, regulate and repair itself and this is beyond what medical science has thought possible. Health experts have long recommended that people should eat at least five servings of fruits and vegetables per day. Today, they recommend eating even more: at least two to four servings of fruits and three to five servings of vegetables every day. Today’s growing and processing methods deplete the foods of many of the nutrients our ancestors enjoyed, you can supplement your diet to help you get more of the nutrients you need and boost your intake of fruits and vegetables. Phyto Aloe has 12 dehydrated fruit and vegetables to boost your intake; it is the most convenient and nutritious way to supplement your diet using fruits and vegetables in their most raw states. Phytomatrix is another excellent supplement to add to our daily life it is a blend of plant-derived minerals, natural vitamins and standardized phytochemicals. The process in which this product is developed ensures the minerals are first digested by the plants then used in the product. That’s why this supplement is so beneficial to the body; they pre-digest the minerals before they become bio-available to a human being. Phyto Aloe and Phytomatrix is available from our web: mannapages.com
